Day 326 (The Show)

We started out the morning with some non-violent resistance with the Soul Force group. There was only one guy that showed up to proclaim the sins of homosexuality. I actually kind of felt bad for him cuz he was by himself, but he was a little on the nutty side.

The flash mob was a HUGE success today! Tons of people came up to us and told us that they support us and lost of people stopped to take pictures.

We finally got to do our show today! It was great except we didn't have too much of an audience. We didn't really know when the commissioners were going to be released for dinner, and by the time they were, we had already broken everything down. It was fun though and we're gonna be doing it again tomorrow!

Day 320 (In the Heart of the Beast)

Today was a really long day, but an amazing one. I had no idea I was going to be doing something like this, but I am now part of a puppetry show. It's not really what you would think of normally as puppets though, more like elaborate props. We went to a puppetry and mask theater company this morning called In the Heart of the Beast and they are helping us put together a short skit that we are going to be performing throughout the General Assembly. Here are some pictures of the studio, us playing with props and some people learning how to walk with stilts.
